The AFFORDABLE HOUSING BUILDERS AND DEVELOPERS’ ASSOCIATION is the apex body for private real estate developers who are involved in the affordable housing development in Maharashtra. Its head quartered at Mumbai. The association is headed by Founder President Hon’ble Mr. Rajendra Sukhdev Mirgane a professional Civil Engineer / Entrepreneur having vast / versatile experience over 25 years in the construction and real estate field, especially remarkable presence and contribution in affordable housing development sector. He also worked as Joint Chairman of the Maharashtra Housing Development Corporation Ltd. which was a Cabinet Minister level position. There are several prestigious awards on his name for his excellent performance. He himself initiated efforts in forming this association for the benefit of the members / stakeholders and his major contribution in framing current Affordable Housing / PMAY Policies from the Government. It’s a state level young association formed / registered in the month of April 2022 which has a capability to connect entire affordable housing developer fraternity of the Maharashtra State.
At the outset I take this opportunity to thank you all for electing me as a President – of AFFORDABLE HOUSING BUILDERS AND DEVELOPERS’ ASSOCIATION a prestigious Association. This is a great honor, and also a great responsibility. I must work hard to fulfill the member expectation President must bring his or her own vision to the table. Mine is to see the benefits of excellent town planning expanded across the state. We have seen excellent work in the various regions in the state can also be transformed with an 'infrastructure first' approach to development. As we all know, infrastructure is the lifeline that makes all our work successful. This can happen with development authority support. But ensuring proper infrastructure is also our responsibility. ASSOCIATION is the custodians of the future development blueprint of the city. We are the advocates of the real estate market to various government bodies. Let us leverage this advantage and campaign strongly for better infrastructure in the state. After all, we are not only building projects - we are building the cities. I would like to share my vision and mission for the 2022-2023 for which I would like to have your support.
